1. No purchase necessary. You can enter the promotion by SMS only.
2. By registering for this promotion entrants agree to receive information about Seabrook offers, rewards and products. Participants can unsubscribe from the promotion at any time by sending an email with the mobile number used to enter to social@seabrookcrisps.com
3. The promotion is open to UK residents only, excluding employees of Seabrook Crisps and their immediate families, their agents (excluding clients), and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. If you are under 16 years of age, you will require the permission of a parent or guardian to play and accept a prize. No third party entries. Promotion closes 8th January 2012.
4. Each valid SMS will get one entry into the prize draw. One additional entry will be awarded for each valid SMS up to a maximum of 100 entries. Seabrook Crisps will choose a winner via an independently supervised draw. Seabrook Crisps' decision is final.
5. The winner of the year’s supply of crisps will be contacted by Seabrook Crisps within 14 days of the promotion closing date via the mobile phone number used to enter. The winning participant must then provide Seabrook Crisps with confirmation of their age (if under 16, proof of parent or guardian permission will also be required to claim the prize) and a postal address to which Seabrook Crisps will send the prize. In the event that a winner fails to respond to a winning notification within 28 days, then the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize. In which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.
6. Prizes will only be sent to a UK address. If a prize is returned undelivered Seabrook Crisps will not re-deliver: the prize will be re-awarded, to a reserve selected at the time of the original. In which case the winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.
7. No cash or other alternative prizes are available.
8. The name of the winner will be displayed online at www.seabrookcrisps.com at the end of the promotion and can also be made available by writing to the Promoter at Seabrook Crisps Limited, Seabrook House, Duncombe Street, Bradford, BD8 9AJ enclosing an SAE.
9. The Promoter does not take responsibility for, recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of third parties associated with the prize and shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.
10. All data will be held in accordance with the Data Protection legislation and we will not use your details, or pass them to a third party, without your consent, except for the purposes of this promotion.
11. Prize winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity as required by the Promoter.
12. By entering this promotion all entrants agree unequivocally to be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. English law shall govern these terms and conditions. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
14. The Promoter's decision regarding promotional matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The Promoter will not be responsible for defects or malfunctions in the operation of the software, howsoever caused, which affect the operation of the Promotion.
