1. No purchase necessary to enter. You can enter the promotion by going to www.seabrookcrisps.com/trade

2. By registering for this promotion entrants agree to allow the Promoter to retain your details beyond the promotional period and you agree to be contacted by the Promoter in the future to receive information about Seabrook offers, rewards and products. Participants can unsubscribe from the promotion at any time by sending an email to social@seabrookcrisps.com. For the Promoter's privacy policy please visit www.seabrookcrisps.com/secure/legal.htm which governs how your details will be processed.

3. The promotion is open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents only, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents (excluding clients), and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. If you are under 16 years of age, you will require the permission of a parent or guardian to enter and accept a prize. No third party entries. One promotion entry per person or email address only. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified. Promotion closes 30th April 2012.

4. Each valid registration will get one entry into the prize draw. Three winners will be drawn at random and independently supervised. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters.

5. There are three prizes of Nintendo Wii's to be won. The winners will be contacted by the Promoter within 14 days of the promotion closing date via the email address used to enter. The winning participants must then provide the Promoter with confirmation of their age (if under 16, proof of parent or guardian permission will also be required to claim the prize) and a postal address to which the Promoter will send the prize. In the event that a winner fails to respond to a winning notification within 28 days, then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.

6. Prizes will only be sent to a UK address. If a prize is returned undelivered the Promoter will not re-deliver: the prize will be re-awarded, to a reserve selected at the time of the original. In which case the winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.

7. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, in whole or in part, except, owing to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

8. The names and counties of the winners will be displayed online at www.seabrookcrisps.com at the end of the promotion and can also be made available by writing to the Promoter at Seabrook Crisps Limited, Seabrook House, Duncombe Street, Bradford, BD8 9AJ enclosing an SAE within 3 months of the closing date.

9. The Promoter does not take responsibility for, recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of third parties associated with the prize and shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.

10. All data will be held in accordance with the Data Protection legislation and we will not use your details, or pass them to a third party, without your consent, except for the purposes of this promotion.

11. Prize winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity as required by the Promoter.

12. By entering this promotion all entrants agree unequivocally to be bound by these terms and conditions.

13. English law shall govern these terms and conditions. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

14. The Promoter's decision regarding promotional matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The Promoter will not be responsible for defects or malfunctions in the operation of the software, howsoever caused, which affect the operation of the Promotion.

16. Any tax liability as a result of entry is the participants own. Please seek permission from senior management before entry.
