Amendments made to clauses, 5, 6, 7 and 10 on 25/05/2011

1. No purchase necessary, Internet access is required. Only online entries will be accepted.
2. By registering for this promotion (including money off coupon) entrants agree to receive information about Seabrook offers, rewards and products.
3. The promotion is open to UK residents only, excluding employees of Seabrook Crisps and their immediate families, their agents (excluding clients), and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. If you are under 16 years of age, you will require the permission of a parent or guardian to play and accept a prize. No third party entries. One promotion entry and voucher claim per person. Promotion closes 17th July 2011.
4. You are only eligible to take part in this promotion if you register your details with Seabrook Crisps online at www.seabrookcrisps.com/gshf
5. All valid registrations with one valid referral will get one entry into the £10,000 random prize draw. One additional entry will be awarded for each valid referral up to a maximum of 100 entries. Seabrook Crisps will choose a winner via an independently supervised draw. Seabrook Crisps' decision is final.

6. The winner of the £10,000.00 will be contacted by Seabrook Crisps within 14 days of the promotion closing date via the contact details provided at the time of registration (either mobile phone number or email address). The winning participant must then provide Seabrook Crisps with confirmation of their age (if under 16, proof of parent or guardian permission will also be required to claim the prize) and a postal address to which Seabrook Crisps will send payment by cheque. In the event that a winner fails to reply to a winning notification within 28 days, then the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize. In which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.
   
   Only valid referrals will be considered for entry into the draw. Automated or invalid entries will not be counted. Seabrook Crisps will investigate the submission details and if the referrals are deemed to result from the exploitation of the code, or hacking, the entries will not be considered for the draw. These entries will be removed from the draw and the submitted email address will be notified. All registrations must be verified via a valid email address.

7. Daily prize draws will also be made, randomly and independently, from 23rd May – 17th July 2011 inclusive to win Love2shop retail vouchers to the value of £200.00. 56 x £200.00 Love2shop vouchers are available to be won in total. All those who register details with Seabrook Crisps online at www.seabrookcrisps.com/gshf will be automatically entered into the daily draw. All registrations must be verified via a valid email address. Selection will take place by an automatic computer generated random draw programme. Love2shop vouchers must be used in accordance with the Love2shop terms & conditions. Details of where you can spend the vouchers can be found at www.highstreetvouchers.com/gift-vouchers.

8. Winners will be contacted by Seabrook Crisps within 5 days via the contact details provided at the time they registered (either mobile phone number or email address). Prizes will only be sent to a UK address. In the event that a winner fails to reply to a winning notification within 28 days, then the Promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize, to a reserve selected at the time of the original. In which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize. If a prize is returned undelivered Seabrook Crisps will not re-deliver: the prize will be re-awarded, to a reserve selected at the time of the original. In which case the winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.
9. No person may win more than one Love2shop voucher throughout the promotion.
10. All valid registrations will be entered into a random weekly draw (drawn every Thursday over 8 weeks) 23rd May - 17th July 2011 to win one of eight prizes of a year's supply of Seabrook Crisps (one box per month, up to twelve months, subject to availability) and a Seabrook factory tour for up to two people, time and date to be agreed by both parties. Seabrook Crisps will choose a winner via an independently supervised draw. Seabrook Crisps' decision is final.

11. Other than the main prize no cash or other alternative prizes are available.
12. Participants can unsubscribe from the promotion at any time by sending an email to seabrook.web@propaganda.co.uk
13. Names of winners will be displayed online throughout the promotion and can be made available by writing to the promoter at Seabrook Crisps Limited, Seabrook House, Duncombe Street, Bradford, BD8 9AJ enclosing an SAE.
14. The Promoter does not take responsibility for, recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of third parties associated with the prize and shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.
15. All data will be held in accordance with the Data Protection legislation and we will not use your details, or pass them to a third party, without your consent, except for the purposes of this promotion.
16. Prize winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity as required by the Promoter.
17. By entering this promotion all entrants agree unequivocally to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. English law shall govern these terms and conditions. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
19. To claim your £1 off a Goodbye salt Hello flavour multi-pack, participants must register online at www.seabrookcrisps.com/gshf upon which a coupon can be printed for redemption in participating stores. One coupon per customer only. Limited to the first 20,000 registrations. Whilst stocks last. Participating stores are detailed on the coupon. Coupons are valid for 7 days from the date of printing. Last print date 24th July 2011. Final expiry date for coupons 31st July 2011.
20. The Promoter's decision regarding promotional matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. The Promoter will do all that it reasonably can to ensure that the website is functioning correctly throughout the period of the Promotion. However, the Promoter will not be responsible for defects or malfunctions in the operation of the website, howsoever caused, which affect the operation of the Promotion.
